30 for 30 is a coaching model that is used to engage participants in a group coaching session for 30 minute and a casual walk and talk down to the river front (reset and refocus). We will kick off 30 for 30 with "Valent-Kind for a Cause" which will afford participants the opportunity to give to those in need by donating items laundry items to "Love and Laundry" Non-Profit, such as laundry detergent (all kinds), dryer sheets, toiletries, etc...
